Where do you ship to ? 
We ship world wide via DHL. 
How long do I have to make a return?

10 days from the date of delivery. We ask you make sure the items have not been worn, washed, or damaged, and that you ship the item(s) back in their original packaging and box. Our address is THE DYELAB STUDIO, Flat 1 Block 25 Shomolu way, Dolphin estate, Ikoyi. LAGOS, (phone +2349023066527).

Is there a return fee?

Customers are responsible for payment of any shipping fees, customs, duties, and taxes associated with returns. 
Please note a refund on returned goods is only done once the item has been returned to us and all fees paid for. Any costs not paid but incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund and the net balance refunded.

Why do I have to pay for return?

While some companies build in return fees into their prices, we charge only the exact cost of shipping your items to you so that we can keep our prices as low as possible. This way, you’re not paying for returns or shipping you might never make?
Can I return sale items?
Only regular priced items may be refunded or retuned. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Risk of loss

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by DYE LAB.  Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when DYE LAB delivers these items to the carrier.
